Michael Darnell Anderson was born January 4, in Stamford, CT, USA. Born to an African American mother and Hondurian father. Mike spent weekends and summers with his father twenty-five minutes away in New York City. In his early teenage years he would always hang around those much older than himself to gain street knowledge to survive. With no guidance and so much street knowledge he decided to find a way out. While in his local mall one weekend he was cast as an extra for the movie Scenes from a Mall. Mike is an outstanding baseball player who was scouted by local colleges. At that time he decided to give up baseball and focus on his acting career. Being in New York full time gave him the opportunity to audition more. After several years without playing baseball he decided to move to Maryland to attend college. He joins the baseball team as a walk-on, showing power and speed. After one season of college baseball he signed with an independent team in Florida. Due to a shoulder injury, his career was cut short after three seasons. With baseball not being an option he was able to fully focus on making an impact in entertainment. Mike’s credits continue to increase while focusing on his personal relationship with the Lord, ministering to the youth about street life and the options he or she has.
